Moshky Farm & Gardens is owned and operated by farmers Heather and Marisa. They offer seasonal, fresh, organic produce delivered through CSA shares with a focus on South African crops. Heather and Marisa grow unique varieties of greens, peppers, nuts, and more from Heather’s home country of Zimbabwe. Their CSA types include vegetable, egg, chicken, and cocktail shares.
Moshky means bringing together the unique flavors and diverse parts of themselves into something creative and beautiful. Moshky was a made up word that Heather and Marisa used for everything (various meals, farming techniques, etc.) when they started farming together. Moshky is a bunch of things thrown together, and quickly became the name of their favorite lunch to make as a farm team. They think it’s important to connect through food, farming, and cooking. Nothing makes them happier than cooking Moshky from the farm with their friends and family!
