Ingredients
½cupred wine vinegar
2tspDijon mustard
2tsphoney
1tspdried herboregano, basil, rosemary, thyme and/or Italian seasoning
1tspsalt
½tspblack pepperoptional
2clovesgarlicminced
½cupoil
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl or measuring cup, whisk together all ingredients EXCEPT for oil.
Slowly drizzle in oil and whisk until a thickened dressing is formed.
Alternatively, add all ingredients to a jar, cover with lid and shake vigorously to blend.
If not using right away, whisk or shake up dressing before serving.
