Tangy Vinaigrette

A go-to vinaigrette recipe that’s quick and easy to make, full of flavor and versatile enough to dress up any type of salad! See below for recipes we like adding this dressing to.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried herb oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme and/or Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper optional
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup oil

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl or measuring cup, whisk together all ingredients EXCEPT for oil.
  • Slowly drizzle in oil and whisk until a thickened dressing is formed.
  • Alternatively, add all ingredients to a jar, cover with lid and shake vigorously to blend.
  • If not using right away, whisk or shake up dressing before serving.
