Hunger Day on The Hill 2026

It takes a community to feed a community.

Join us for Hunger Day on The Hill and make your voice heard!

Help put ending hunger at the top of legislators’ to-do list! This is your opportunity to meet with lawmakers, share your story, and advocate for policies that ensure all Minnesotans have access to the food they need.

Weather Alert: Hunger Day on the Hill is now fully virtual.

Due to weather and travel concerns and the state legislature moving to remote work – Hunger Day on the Hill will now take place fully virtually. The safety of our community is our top priority, and we appreciate your flexibility as we make this adjustment. We will not be meeting at the Capitol Ridge Building Radisson and instead will host a virtual meeting via Zoom in the morning and will set all legislative meetings virtually. Attendees should check their email for more information and a link to join tomorrow’s virtual program.

Join us for the Virtual Morning Program!

9:30 – 11:00 AM

We will still kick off the day together with a virtual welcome program where you’ll hear about the key policy priorities, get tips for meeting with lawmakers, and hear from our guest speakers. Your legislative visits will be set up for you – no need to do anything but show up ready to advocate!

Virtual Legislative Meetings

Our team is currently working to transition all scheduled legislative meetings to a virtual meeting.

  • Meetings will remain at the same times listed on the schedule whenever possible.
  • Please check the public meeting schedule for updates including virtual meeting links.
