BaoBai’s Harvest is a certified organic and regenerative vegetable farm. Bao and Bai are farmers who have over a decade of experience with community gardening in the MN Twin Cities. We decided to expand our farm due to the growing need for locally sourced, nutritionally dense, chemical free, whole foods for healthier city living.
BaoBai is a Hmong name for butterflies. Butterflies, similar to other insects like bees, dragonflies and fireflies, are indicators of a healthy natural ecosystem. We believe that healthy food depends on these partners in nature. Our vision is to live in a world where our fruitful harvests come from the relationship that we have with our natural world.
