Will you be doing this Pilot again?

Yes, we plan to do a monthly pilot of the Order Ahead service through Summer 2023. Check back each month for an updated order page for the next Buffalo, MN: Zion Church Fare For All sale! You can also join the email interest list for the Buffalo, MN sale location to receive updates about this online purchase option.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, someone else can pick up your order. Please add their name to the optional “Alternate Pickup Person” field when you make your purchase. An order may also be picked up by anyone presenting ID, or a valid printed or forwarded email order receipt at the Order Ahead pickup table.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order by contacting us at 763-450-3880 during office hours (9 am to 4 pm) one business day before your Fare For All pickup site opens. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days after talking with a Fare For All staff member for your money to be returned to the card used for purchase.

Can I change my order?

If you would like to add to your order, simply place a new order with us using the Order Ahead form. All of your orders will be available to you at the Order Ahead table. (Be sure to pick up all of your purchases! They may be in multiple packages if you made more than one purchase.)

If you would like to cancel your entire order or cancel individual items, you must contact us at 763-450-3880 to cancel your entire order. There is no way at this time to cancel items individually. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your money to be returned to the card used for purchase.

What happens if I can’t pick up my order?

Things happen! If you can’t pick up your order, please call us M-F, 9 am to 4 pm at 763-450-3880 within 5 business days after your pickup day to request a refund. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your money to return to the card used for purchase.

If you do not call us within 5 business days of your pickup day, the purchase amount will be used to support The Food Group’s hunger relief work.

Can I pick up my order after the site closing time?

No, we cannot leave goods unattended at any of our Fare For All sites.

Food Bank
or Food Shelf?
The Food Group is a food bank that supplies other hunger relief agencies with fresh produce, frozen meat, grocery staples, and other household necessities. Food shelves distribute free food to individuals and families in their local communities.

The Food Group believes in food equity. They believe in culturally specific foods. They believe in meeting people where they are at. And most of all, they believe in dignity.
