Wild Rice Lemonade

Save your rice water from our Wild Rice & Berries recipe to make this refreshing lemonade that is naturally sweetened by dried berries and maple syrup. Make it yours by mixing in your favorite drink and flavor combinations. Need an energy boost? Try adding green tea!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover wild rice water
  • ¼ cup lemon juice about one large lemon
  • ¾ cup sparkling water
  • lemon slices or wedges for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Mix rice water, lemon juice and sparkling water in a pitcher or measuring cup for easy pouring.
  • Serve over ice.
  • Garnish with lemon slices or wedges.
  • Enjoy!
